Cartwheel contact variants

I don't know quite what you mean in the blog but I have mastered a one handed cartwheel with the staff spinning behind my back, it stalls and changes direction into a wrap when you exit.
If this sounds like what you are talking about I would be happy to video it for you to see.
I am also around 80 kg so weight is no problem with this version.
