The pot of gold burn cream arrived very quickly and in good condition. Although it doesn't list ingredients, I have tested it on my skin and it is okay. I'm sure it will come in handy when I start practising with actual fire :D.

I bought a pot of this cream to try as I have psoriasis rather than for burns- not quite at the fire-spinning stage yet (I still whack myself round the head too much!) and results on a nasty patch on top of my foot which I've had for over 20 years have been very impressive in under a week! Try it if you're similarly afflicted!
