Reviewer: Alex Green from United Kingdom Every piece of equipment I've ordered from HoP has arrived incredibly quickly, the packaging is minimal which keeps costs down but obviously enough as each piece has arrived in perfect condition. I don't know if this should go in the item review but the fact that each battery powered piece comes with the batteries already included is just one of the things that makes me come back again and again, for one thing it means if I order presents they are ready to be used upon opening, a great touch.
